Backend Engineer - Deepdesk

We are looking for a Python Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable, robust systems that support AI-driven customer service solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex feature requests into scalable, user-centric solutions. 

• Oversee the development of microservices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation from start to finish. 

• Lead or participate in architecture discussions to create scalable and resilient solutions for enterprise-grade customer service applications. 

Required Experience 

• A creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving;  

• Solid background in Python backend development (~10 years), including extensive work with Django, and other web frameworks such as Flask, and FastAPI; 

• Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), SQL, and  

database migrations; 

• Experience with Celery/RabbitMQ; 

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Services (such as Google Cloud), and Kubernetes;
