About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support Project Aurora, a strategic customer migration programme.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the commercial lifecycle of customer migration opportunities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient progression through every stage of the process.

Acting as the operational backbone of the commercial function, you will work closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Operations, Back Office and Partner teams to manage quotations, approvals, CRM administration, commercial documentation and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Opportunity Administration

  • Coordinate customer opportunities from identification through qualification, approval, purchase order receipt and handover to delivery teams.

  • Ensure all required actions, approvals and documentation are completed before progression.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate customer, partner and opportunity records within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Track data quality, renewal dates, migration stages, quote status and purchase order progress.

  • Ensure auditable records are maintained throughout the customer journey.

Quotation & Pricing Administration

  • Prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing models and calculators.

  • Validate subscription pricing, migration costs, PoC charges, discounts and partner margins.

  • Ensure commercial proposals align with internal pricing and governance frameworks.

Commercial Documentation & Approvals

  • Coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) and proposal documentation.

  • Manage approval workflows across project teams and leadership stakeholders.

  • Maintain version control and document compliance standards.

Pipeline Reporting & Forecasting

  • Support reporting on commercial pipeline performance.

  • Track migrations, quotations, purchase orders, overdue actions and project risks.

  • Produce management reporting and dashboard updates.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, partners and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure assumptions, dependencies, scope and commercial commitments are properly documented and communicated.

Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain templates, checklists and stage-gate processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and commercial controls.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a commercial administration, sales operations, revenue operations, renewals or business support role.

  • Experience within a SaaS, Software, UCaaS, CCaaS or Technology environment.

  • Previous exposure to quotations, pricing administration, contracts, purchase orders or statements of work.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of documentation processes.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyse commercial data and produce accurate reports and forecasts.
