  • Remote, Hybrid
    • Stockolm, Stockholms län, Sweden
  • Tendfor

Shape the future of customer experience with Tendfor. Build cloud-native solutions using C#, .NET and Azure, influence product direction, and with modern Microsoft technologies in Stockholm.

Job description

Join Tendfor, part of AnywhereNow, and help shape the next generation of cloud-based customer experience solutions. We are looking for two Full-Stack Developers to join our Stockholm product team and build resilient, intuitive features for a mature SaaS platform.

About Tendfor

Tendfor develops a cloud-based contact centre and attendant platform for Microsoft Teams. Our product supports modern customer interactions across voice and digital channels and is built on Microsoft technologies. Tendfor is part of AnywhereNow, an international customer experience software company.

We are strengthening our product development team in Sweden and are looking for developers who want to take end-to-end responsibility for features, contribute to technical decisions, and help us continue to scale a mature SaaS product.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on product development role spanning frontend, backend, integrations, data, and cloud services. You will design intuitive user experiences and build resilient services and APIs used in business-critical customer environments.

You will join a collaborative team with short decision paths and close contact with product management, QA, support, and operations. We value pragmatic engineering, strong quality practices, continuous learning, and people who take initiative.

What you will do

•  Design, build, test, and maintain features across the Tendfor platform.

•  Develop modern web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

•  Build and maintain distributed backend services using Azure Service Fabric.

•  Create REST APIs, integrations, and database solutions.

•  Use Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot in the daily development workflow.

•  Apply AI-driven development practices to implementation, refactoring, test generation, documentation, and troubleshooting.

•  Collaborate with product, UX, QA, support, and operations from idea through to production.

•  Contribute to architecture, technical design, code reviews, roadmap refinement, CI/CD, and reliable releases.

•  Improve automated testing, observability, security, performance, and maintainability.

•  Investigate complex issues that cross application and infrastructure boundaries, and share knowledge across the team.

Job requirements

Our technology environment

Our technology environment includes:

•  Core development: C# • .NET • ASP.NET Core

•  Frontend: Blazor • JavaScript • TypeScript • HTML • CSS

•  Cloud and data: Microsoft Azure • Azure Service Fabric • Azure SQL

•  Integration: Azure Service Bus • REST APIs • Real-time communication

•  Delivery: Visual Studio • Azure DevOps • Git • CI/CD

•  Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Teams • Microsoft Graph • Enterprise identity

•  AI-enabled workflow: GitHub Copilot • AI-assisted development practices

You do not need to know every technology from day one. Strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly matter most.

What we are looking for

•  Professional experience in full-stack or product software development.

•  Strong C# and .NET skills, with experience building web applications.

•  Frontend development experience and a good understanding of usability and responsive interfaces.

•  Experience designing or consuming APIs and working with relational databases.

•  Familiarity with cloud development, preferably Microsoft Azure.

•  Professional experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.

•  Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted tools, paired with responsible review and validation of AI-generated code.

•  The ability to analyse complex problems and independently drive work to completion.

•  A quality mindset, including readable code, automated testing, and constructive code reviews.

•  Good collaboration and communication skills in English.

It would be a plus if you have

•  Experience with Blazor, distributed systems, or Azure Service Fabric.

•  Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products or enterprise software.

•  Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, deployment automation, or observability.

•  Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, telephony, or contact centre solutions.

•  Experience with real-time applications, messaging, SignalR, or event-driven architecture.

•  An interest in AI-assisted development and AI-enabled customer experience solutions.

•  The ability to communicate in Swedish.

How we work

•  Own the outcome: Take responsibility from problem definition through delivery and follow-up.

•  Keep it pragmatic: Choose maintainable solutions and avoid unnecessary complexity.

•  Build quality in: Make testing, security, review, and operational readiness part of development.

•  Learn and share: Improve continuously and help colleagues succeed.

•  Collaborate openly: Challenge ideas respectfully and make decisions together.

What we offer

•  A key role in the continued development of an established SaaS product.

•  Influence over architecture, engineering practices, and product evolution.

•  A modern, Microsoft-focused technology environment.

•  Close collaboration with experienced colleagues in Sweden and internationally.

•  A hybrid working model with the Stockholm team.

•  Opportunities to broaden your full-stack, cloud, integration, and product development skills.

•  A workplace that values initiative, accountability, inclusion, and practical problem-solving.
