Lead global marketing for AnywhereNow, owning strategy, demand generation, partner marketing and pipeline growth across our Microsoft Teams-native CCaaS portfolio.
Job description
About AnywhereNow
AnywhereNow is a Microsoft Teams-native CCaaS/UCaaS provider, headquartered in Rotterdam and backed by private equity investor Bregal. Its Dialogue Cloud platform spans three product lines - Neo, Tendfor and Deepdesk - bringing enterprise contact-centre, attendant-console and AI agent-assist capability natively into Microsoft Teams.
We sell predominantly through a partner-led motion - resellers, TSDs and Microsoft co-sell - across EMEA, with a scale-up mandate to expand internationally. Marketing exists to build that partner-led demand engine, not just the brand around it.
The Role
This is a replacement hire leading an established but lean three-person team. We are not looking for a pure brand custodian or a delegator. We need a hands-on player-coach who can set global marketing strategy and still run the plays - someone comfortable owning a number, building pipeline through partners, and picking up and invigorating an experienced existing team.
Under PE ownership, marketing is accountable to commercial outcomes. The right person treats pipeline and partner-sourced revenue as their scoreboard, and brand, product and content as the means to it.
Mission: Own AnywhereNow's global marketing strategy and its execution - brand, demand generation, corporate and product marketing, and partner marketing - to build qualified pipeline and partner-sourced revenue in the Teams-native CCaaS market, in lockstep with sales and channel.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & demand generation - Own the pipeline target; run integrated campaigns, digital, SEO and ABM that convert into qualified opportunities for direct and channel sales.
Product marketing - Position and market Neo, Tendfor and Deepdesk; own messaging, launches, competitive narrative and sales enablement.
Sales-partnered growth campaigns - Work withsales to drive upsell, cross-sell, product migrations and retention across the installed base, alongside new-logo acquisition.
Corporate marketing, brand, PR & creative - Own the AnywhereNow brand and category story, PR, communications, and creative and design across the global footprint.
Digital & SEO - Own web, SEO and digital performance across the funnel.
Partner & channel marketing - Build co-marketing with Microsoft, TSDs and resellers; grow partner-sourced pipeline as a measured share.
Agencies - Select, brief and manage external agencies, holding them to output and ROI.
Budget & cost management - Build, own and defend the marketing budget; manage spend and demonstrate return.
Team leadership - Pick up and invigorate an experienced team; set priorities, structure and standards.
Analyst relations & GTM alignment - Drive analyst perception with Gartner and IDC; operate as a commercial partner to sales and channel, with attribution and reporting on contribution to pipeline and revenue.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
A repeatable lead and demand engine delivering an agreed, growing quota of marketing-influenced pipeline, with clear attribution.
Installed-base campaigns, run with sales, lifting upsell, cross-sell, migration and retention.
Partner-sourced pipeline materially up as a share of total, with live Microsoft and partner co-marketing.
Crisp, differentiated positioning for Neo, Tendfor and Deepdesk, adopted by sales, pre-sales and partners.
A marketing budget built, owned and managed to plan, with agencies delivering to brief.
An experienced team re-energised, well-structured and delivering.
Experience & Skills
Senior B2B technology marketing leadership, ideally in CCaaS, UCaaS or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
A demonstrable record of owning a pipeline number and building lead and demand generation that converts.
Full-stack marketing breadth: brand, corporate, product marketing, digital/SEO, PR and creative.
Experience marketing multiple products and driving expansion, migration and retention, not just new-logo acquisition.
Partner and channel marketing experience in an indirect, partner-led go-to-market motion.
Proven budget ownership, and experience selecting and managing external agencies.
People leadership at director level, with evidence of re-energising an experienced team.
Commercially numerate, hands-on player-coach suited to a lean team in a scale-up.
Desirable Experience
Direct experience marketing within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including Teams, co-sell and marketplace.
Contact-centre or customer-experience domain knowledge.
Established analyst relationships in CCaaS/UCaaS.
Experience across a genuinely global remit, including EMEA plus APAC and/or LATAM.
PE-backed scale-up experience and the pace and accountability that come with it.
Personal Attributes
Pipeline-obsessed and commercially minded - Marketing earns its seat through contribution.
Partner-first - Comfortable that most demand runs through and with partners.
Hands-on and low-ego - Sets strategy, then rolls up sleeves.
Direct, candid and fast - Thrives on ambiguity and a scale-up pace.
What We Offer
A senior global marketing leadership role with direct influence on growth, positioning and go-to-market execution.
Competitive compensation package: base salary and bonus to be confirmed.
Hybrid working from the UK or Netherlands within a collaborative international team.
