We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to support our fast-paced marketing team across Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk, and Tendfor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys campaign execution. You’ll work closely with senior marketing managers, digital and content teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and events that drive pipeline and brand visibility.

Job requirements

Campaign Execution

·       Support integrated marketing campaigns across Dialogue Cloud, Deepdesk, and Tendfor.

·       Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and digital teams to deliver campaign assets and messaging.

·       Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, and performance tracking.

Event Management

·       Own logistics and execution for webinars, conferences, and partner events.

·       Manage pre-event communications, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.

·       Track event ROI and lead generation metrics.

Partner Marketing Support

·       Assist in the delivery of partner co-marketing campaigns and enablement materials.

·       Liaise with partner teams to ensure alignment on messaging and timelines.

·       Support partner newsletters, landing pages, and joint events.

Reporting & Optimisation

·       Use Hubspot and our campaign dashboards to monitor performance.

·       Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

·       Maintain campaign calendars and reporting templates.

Skills & Experience

·       1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.

·       Proven success in campaign execution and event coordination.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

·       Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tool), marketing automation, and project management tools.

·       Comfortable working across multiple products and priorities.
