As our Strategic Partner Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow and enable partner relationships across the U.S., focusing on both sales and delivery of AnywhereNow’s solutions. A key objective is to expand our partner ecosystem, particularly through new partnerships. You will be the first Partner Manager on the ground in the U.S. and will work closely with our Partner Solution Engineer based in Canada.

You will report directly to the Head of Global Partners. This U.S.-based role requires some travel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a U.S. regional partner strategy, including business development, enablement, certification, and demand generation.
Build and maintain relationships across partner organizations (executive, sales, marketing, technical).
Negotiate and manage partner contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-facing materials and joint marketing campaigns.
Clearly articulate AnywhereNow’s value proposition and ensure accurate positioning within partner portfolios.
Drive deeper partner engagement and investment.
Support the Sales team in partner-influenced opportunities and co-selling efforts.
Identify and source new sales opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
Create and execute joint development plans targeting key verticals and markets.
Lead regular business reviews with internal leadership and partner stakeholders.
Keep CRM systems updated with relevant partner activities and insights.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:
Essential experiences and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology
8+ years of experience in partner/channel management
Familiarity with sales processes in SaaS industries
Proven experience in skilled in contract negotiation
Experience with aligning cross functional teams to company-wide targets
Knowledge of Call Centers or CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) is a plus.
Ability to craft compelling value propositions
