The Opportunity
We're looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to drive partner engagement and growth across the UK and emerging regions including the Middle East and Africa. You'll focus on expanding and enabling our partner ecosystem particularly among telco providers and resellers.
This is a key commercial role and our first Partner Manager on the ground in the UK. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Partner Enablement Manager, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Solution Engineering.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and Alliances and play a vital role in building a long-term, scalable partner strategy in this region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute a regional partner strategy, covering business development, enablement, certification, and demand generation
Identify and onboard new telco, reseller, and strategic partners
Build strong relationships across partner organisations executive, commercial, technical, and marketing
Negotiate partner contracts and manage ongoing relationships
Co-create partner-facing assets and joint marketing campaigns
Position AnywhereNow’s value proposition effectively within partner portfolios
Work closely with Sales on partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities
Create joint go-to-market plans and development strategies
Lead regular partner business reviews and performance check-ins
Maintain up-to-date partner insights and activities in CRM systems

You’ll Need to Bring
Bachelor's degree (Business or Technology preferred)
8+ years in partner/channel management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech
Strong experience negotiating and managing partner contracts
Track record of building and scaling partnerships across multiple geographies
Experience aligning cross-functional teams to commercial outcomes
Understanding of CCaaS or contact centre solutions is a plus
Ability to articulate and build compelling value propositions
