Job description

About AnywhereNow

Founded in 2010 in The Netherlands, AnywhereNow is a global leader in Enterprise Dialogue Management, with a vision to ensure every employee and customer feels heard, understood, and valued.

We help organisations deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences through Microsoft Teams, contact centre solutions, dialogue management and AI-driven insights.

The Opportunity

Drive the next phase of AnywhereNow's partner growth across the United Kingdom by recruiting high-potential partners, expanding strategic relationships, and converting those partnerships into measurable net-new pipeline and revenue.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating AnywhereNow's partner-led growth strategy in the UK. The role will focus on identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners, while also strengthening existing strategic relationships to maximise revenue opportunities and market reach.

This is a commercially driven position for someone who can identify the right partners, develop strong business relationships, and translate those partnerships into tangible business outcomes. You will target organisations aligned with Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Managed Services, UCaaS, CCaaS and Enterprise Communications.

Working closely with Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing and Leadership teams, you will develop partner recruitment strategies, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, support co-selling motions and drive partner-generated opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

You will be expected to bring a strong understanding of the UK technology ecosystem, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the commercial ability to build relationships that generate measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strategic partnerships, has a strong network within the Microsoft, UCaaS, CCaaS or Contact Centre ecosystem, and is motivated by creating sustainable growth through partnerships.
